Project manager position – (Open) AERO 2025

The Department of Aerospace Engineering (DAE) invites applications for one Project Manager position to support the communication, scientific, and administrative management of the group’s research activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the administrative and financial coordination of the department’s research projects, ensuring compliance with UC3M’s internal regulations and external funding requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Management of national and European R&D projects.
• Preparation and drafting of research funding proposals.
• Transfer and commercialization of research results.
• Scientific-technological assessment and evaluation.
• Innovation management.
• Legislative monitoring of subsidies and R&D regulations.
• Scientific communication and outreach through the group’s website and social media.
• Enhancing the visibility of the department’s work and research outcomes online.

Candidate Profile:

Applicants should ideally demonstrate proven experience in the management, justification, and design of national and international research projects.
However, high-potential profiles without previous experience in the field may also be considered.
