Upcoming Leonardo Grants for Scientific Research and Cultural Creation in Physics, Chemistry, and Engineering – BBVA Foundation

We are pleased to announce the upcoming opening of the Becas Leonardo de Investigación Científica y Creación Cultural en Física, Química e Ingenierías 2024 – Fundación BBVA

The application period will be open from December 18th, 2024, until January 31st, 2025, at 2:00 PM.

This prestigious call is aimed at researchers and cultural creators at an intermediate stage of their careers (between 30 and 45 years old, inclusive) who wish to undertake a highly personal and innovative project in their respective fields of scientific or technological expertise.

The total funding for this call amounts to €1,000,000, with at least 20 grants to be awarded. Each grant will range in duration from 12 to 18 months and will provide up to a maximum gross amount of €50,000, distributed as follows:

• Physics and Chemistry: 10 grants
• Engineering: 10 grants
