Post-Doctoral Research Grants

17 Ene

Starting from tomorrow January 18th, you can apply for the Ramón y Cajal grants and from January 20th for the Juan de La Cierva Formación grants.

The objective of the Ramon y Cajal fellowships is to promote the incorporation of Spanish and foreign research personnel with significant experience in R&D centres, granting them five-year fellowships for their employment and additional funding for the execution of the research activity they carry out, and granting them fellowships for the creation of permanent jobs in the agents of the Spanish system of science, technology and innovation who are beneficiaries of these fellowships.

The Juan de la Cierva Formación grants are intended to promote the recruitment of young PhD graduates for a period of two years to complete their post-doctoral research training in Spanish R&D centres other than those where they carried out their pre-doctoral training.

The official announcement can be found by clicking here.

If you are interested in applying to any of the two funding schemes with the support of the Aerospace Engineering Research Group, contact the group responsible Stefano Discetti (sdiscett@ing.uc3m.es).
